Adam was fine not Happy it took so long to just get a tire fixed my guess is I should have went to a tire store instead of the Honda dealership said it would be ready by 3:00 Pm and it was not ready till 3:40 2nd time this has happened to me at this dealership!

Got a new Civic Hybrid in perfect condition with 5 miles. First green flag but the real hole in one was the great staff. Real down to earth, friendly, professional, knowledgeable people. Everybody I talk to was nice and helpful but I ended up working out the details with Sarany then Darian. They made the process easy, answered all my questions, and provided exceptional hospitality. They are exactly who you want to work with when buying a new car. Whoever’s hiring knows ball.
Professional and helpful with my car issues. I will say that the pricing is very steep, which has left me in debt. But I have warranties for all these parts now.

Excellent service! Raidon staff take the time to clearly explain what these TV done to your car and why it needs to be done. After the work is finished, again take the time to explain everything that has been done, and describe anything the owner should do to continue to take care of the car. I have taken my cars to them for years, and continue to be pleased. I recommend them highly.

recently had my vehicle serviced at Rairdon’s Honda of Sumner and had a great experience working with Ava. From the moment I arrived, the process was smooth and professional. Ava was incredibly helpful, keeping me informed throughout the entire service. She explained everything clearly and made sure my car was ready right when promised. It’s rare to find such attentive service, and she really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
So they got me in by stating the discount of new car plus giving me trade-in value. As it turns out they gave the value $3k less. The new car doesn't have all weather mats. All of these are fine as I agreed do the deal but the biggest issue was a defective wireless phone charger which drained the power system completely. I had to jumpstart the car three times to get into Honda service then have it kept there 5 days so they finally diagnosed it properly. Finally they made me pay $534 for a replacement as it's not ... I’ve purchased around 10 cars in my lifetime from dealers and this was by far the easiest and smoothest transaction by far. We only spent around 1 1/2 hours at the dealership and about an hour of that was doing the test drive and waiting for the finance manager to finish up with a customer who was there before us. Genevieve made the entire process pretty smooth and headache free. Would highly recommend for sure!

We took our car in for routine oil change, and somehow they messed up the system, including the gas gauge. Leading to us running out of gas hours away from home, leading to a tow truck, a car rental and a mechanic bill. We asked them for partial reimbursement since it was their fault/messing up the systems, and they’ve completely ghosted us. No follow through, no follow up. I would not recommend this location and we do not trust them with our vehicles any longer.
Personable, friendly salesman. Very efficient finance guy. From the time I checked the online inquiry as to availability at 11:00 pm and got an immediate response, to when we closed the transaction at noon the next day every interaction was positive. The staff made me feel comfortable. Even staff not involved in our transaction were welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Rairdon’s is such a nice and friendly place to go. We took our car in for an oil change & tire rotation and it was done very quickly. I can’t say enough about how you are greeted every time you go in. It makes you feel like you are exactly in the right place.
I have purchased two cars from here. No problems until today. I have a recall issue and tried to get an appointment for servicing. that is where the issues started. Apparently, if you have questions and not just an appointment request you get thrown into a que and have to leave a message. The prompts say that if you have an unresolved issue to press 5. I did so. Went in there for an oil change and they took spectacular care of my car and the service was amazing!
The buy experience was quick and easy. They accepted our offer we got from another dealership.
The appointment time was right on & the time they said it would be done was right on. The waiting area was clean & enjoyable.
They were quick and efficient and didn’t add on extra work unnecessarily, which can be a problem. I have worked with them before, and am always pleased.

Very easy to work with. Did the entire deal online without hassle or dealer pressure or problems. Website was easy to navigate and dealer responses to my questions was quick and thorough. All costs were explained and were upfront with no surprises. Lastly I was happy with the price and picking up the car at the dealer was quick with no problems. In total, we spent just over 30 minutes at the dealer. My kind of car purchase!
All was good but he didn't reset the code B7 on the dashboard?? Now I have to drive it back or find a place to reset it?? Or start searching after paying 400+ they could reset this!

My appointment took longer than expected. They were unable to rotate my tires due to 2 nails in a tire, 1 of which was not patch able due to location. I was still charged the full amount for the oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I didn’t think about mentioning a reduction until after I left. The service associate was very friendly and apologized for the long wait time. In the end I could have had an oil change and inspection somewhere else for half of the $176 they charged me.
I recieved fast knowledgeable service at Raidons Honda of Sumner. I bring back my Pilot again.
Kayla went above and beyond with my wheel cosmetic repair & a car loaner. Thank you!

THE SALES TEAM WAS THE WORST. THEY LIED TO ME AND TRICKED ME INTO SIGNING A LEASE THAT WAS 200$ OVER MY BUDGET. I tried to tell them never mind I don't want the vehicle and I don't want to have anything to do with your company.
