Many people neglect the interior, which is a shame because it can affect resale value and even your health if it gets too dirty. Cleaning Fabric and Carpets

There is no doubt that stained fabric in a car makes it look old and grubby. Start by vacuuming it thoroughly. The cleaners at the car wash do a great job because they have so much suction. Don’t forget to get way under the seats. Next, pound out the seats with a dowel or bat to see how much dirt is still in there, then vacuum again. Apply a good stain remover that is appropriate for the spots in your car. You may need a de-greaser. When you’re ready, get a stiff scrub brush and foaming shampoo for carpets with minimal moisture. Once you’ve done this, wipe the carpet down with a dry cloth. Open the windows and let it air out and your fabric should be good as new.

Cleaning Windows

If there is any tint on your windows, be sure to use a cleaner that is appropriate. Wet a cloth with the cleaner that you have chosen and go over each window one at a time in circular motion. After the oils and dirt have been lifted and the whole window is wet, polish with another cloth in a circular motion firmly. Use crumpled newspaper or paper towels to buff until all streaks are gone. Next, do the same procedure with the mirrors.
