2015-CR-V-Touring-Honda-of-SumnerCrossovers are quite popular these days, but some drivers may be afraid that they don’t offer enough space inside as compared to a minivan or full-sized SUV. And while the 2015 CR-V Touring is smaller than those vehicles, it has plenty of interior space to meet your needs. With the CR-V, you can fit all of your gear inside, while reaping the benefits of crossovers, such as excellent fuel economy. Enjoy all the high-end features that come standard in the Touring trim.

Interior Space of the 2015 CR-V

Taller passengers will be comfortable in the rear seats, which offer plenty of room to recline and stretch your legs. Behind those rear seats, you will find 35.2 cubic feet of cargo space. The rear seat backs are spring-loaded and auto-fold, making it easy to open storage space up to a generous 70.9 cubes. This is one of the largest amounts of storage space in its class. The floor of the cargo area is low loading, so you won’t strain your back moving your belongings in and out of the CR-V.

Power and Fuel Economy of the 2015 CR-V

A 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine comes standard on the CR-V that can make 185 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque. The only transmission available is a CVT that lends to efficiency. Front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive are optional for all CR-V trims. With AWD the CR-V earns 28 miles per gallon combined city and highway driving. FWD does slightly better with 29 mpg combined. The all-wheel-drive CR-V can go from 0-60 in a quick 8.8 seconds, which is outstanding for this class of crossover SUV.
