myQ Connected Garage Technology Now For Honda & Acura Owners

All 2023 and 2024 Honda vehicles, as well as more than six million cars already on the road, can get a 30-day free trial before deciding to subscribe to this service. 

The myQ Connected Garage works with all garage door openers, including LiftMaster and Chamberlain brands, and some older garage door openers from various brands can be upgraded to a smart garage setup with a myQ Smart Garage Control device. Together with your mobile service and through the Apple CarPlay or Android Auto interface in your Honda, you can have the app displayed on your in-car multimedia display and then use the app to open or close your garage door from anywhere, so long as you have cell service.

Your Honda vehicle will offer a prompt that reminds you to open or close your garage door as you get closer or drive away from your home. You can check HondaLink and AcuraLink to see if your garage door opener is compatible.
